Dayton, Ohio, May 28, 2007 - The American Red Cross Dayton Area Chapter Greene County Service Center would like to thank the entire Greene County Community for its support of our first ever annual “Putting on the Glitz” Celebrity Fashion Gala, Luncheon and Silent Auction. The event, held on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at The Greene Country Club, was a tremendous success. 180 guests enjoyed a display of modern fashion by a cast of approximately 30 local celebrities from the media, military, collegiate, political and non-profit communities. The event raised more than $16,000 for Greene County residents.
